Presence indicators show who's online, conversations live inside your organisation's own isolated tenant, and HR or leadership can broadcast an announcement and see exactly who has read it, rather than hoping a WhatsApp forward or an email got seen. No third-party messaging app, no personal phone numbers, and no per-seat licence.
Why We Built ZENCHAT?
Most companies run three separate, badly-connected systems for internal communication: WhatsApp for quick chats and groups, email for anything "official," and a physical notice board or a forwarded PDF for company-wide announcements.
